The 28th annual Run to the Sun Car Show, one of the largest in the Southeast, brings thousands of classic cars to Myrtle Beach for a weekend-long event.
In addition to bringing classic-car enthusiasts from around the country together, the show raises money for the Children’s Miracle Network and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Last year’s event raised $98,000 for the charities.

Mayfest Festival in North Myrtle Beach
The 11th annual Mayfest on Main Festival in North Myrtle Beach will feature live entertainment and family fun. The festival will also offer arts, crafts, food, a children’s area, street entertainment and much, much more. Be sure to bring a chair or a blanket to see the free concerts featuring The Guess Who, Barbara Lewis, Carolina Soul Band and Blue Monday.
