Although the risk of getting the virus remains low, you can use extra measures to stay safe. You can still travel just use some safety measures to help you stay healthy with todays coronavirus concerns.

Here are some Stay Healthy Tips:

  • Wash Hands and Use Hand Sanitizer

Wash your hands as often as possible and use hand sanitizer mainly in public places when traveling on a plane, train or car service like Uber or Lift. Why? Viruses can spread from person to person via respiratory droplets.

  • Staying Healthy

    Eating right and exercising will help in building up your “Immune System”. Taking Probiotics, and eating foods that are rich in Vitamins will help fight off not only this virus but any other disease such as; the flu or a cold.

  •  Stay Hydrated

Stay hydrated while traveling. Drink plenty of water and Gatorade to replenish Electrolytes. Electrolytes are minerals that maintain your body’s ionic balance.
