The entire Grand Strand area is very lucky to have escaped with minor damage in most cases compared to others in North Carolina and in the flood zones in both NC and SC. We are all keeping these families in our thoughts and prayers as they move forward the next few months trying to get their lives and homes back to normal.
We wanted to reach out and give all of you an update on the Barefoot Courses as of today. We opened both Love and Dye Courses today and will open the Fazio Course tomorrow morning at 8:30am. The Norman course will open on either Thursday or Friday as they are working on the front nine which has a large amount of debris from the pine trees lining many of the fairways. All three courses open tomorrow (Norman/Love/Fazio) will be 90 degrees except for 1-3 holes on each course that need another day or two to dry out before allowing carts to ride on the fairway.
