The restaurant was built in 1930 and used as a beach cottage and then nearly torn down in the 60s. Lucky for us, plans didn’t work out and the restaurant came to life. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. The menu includes a wide variety of seafood as well as other goodies for land lovers.

Stick you with a 27% tips beware
Great food Captain Jack’s Seafood Buffet. But be prepared that if more than 5 in your party they will stick a 27% tip on your bill. This happened to us last night. That is the highest gratuity I have ever heard of anywhere.

Outdoor Seating had Great Water Views
We were in the area and stumbled upon this restaurant so decided to try it. It looked impressive and loved the outdoor seating over-looking the water. And Pier 14 restaurant was worth it. We sat outside which had great views – really enjoyed looking at the beach! We got the shark bites as an appetizer and loved them. The drinks were good too. This is the perfect spot especially on a nice warm day.

Great Ocean Views and Food
Damon’s restaurant includes indoor and outdoor seating making it a desirable place to dine. The ocean view are really nice. The chopped steak w/ onions and gravy and the fried pork chops are amazing. Damon’s is also pretty large, so there usually isn’t a wail. Good Food and prices you can’t go wrong.
