The course is long from the white tees but is open off of the tees. The fairways are wide and are rolling well. Being the fourth course to have been developed in the Myrtle Beach area gives Pine Hills a reason to brag. The course has ultimately withstood the test of time and still contends with many of the new modern greats in the area. After being originally designed by George Cobb in 1966, the course was redesigned by Arthur Hills in 1993.
Hills has brilliantly blended Bermuda fairways and Pencross Bentgrass Greens. Pine Hills is sure to challenge the sureness of your irons and either provides you with reward or a hard day’s work.
Greens: Tifdwarf Bermuda, Par: 72, Course Rating: 72, Slope Rating: 125, Yardage: 6640
