Tigers Eye Course Reviews
This is one of the most scenic courses in the area with great play for a range of players. The forward tees are very friendly for the higher handicappers yet challenging enough to keep it fun. This is more mature than Leopard’s Chase and therefore has more foliage and shade in the summer. The fairways are beautiful, not lined with homes, although the homes that are in view are lovely and far enough away. Extremely neat layout, one-of-a-kind. Greens are hard but consistent. Tip- land it short and run it up.

Lions Paw Course Reviews
Lion’s Paw terrain is partially tree-lined along a rolling topography, with mounds and slopes along the fairways and greenside. The putting surfaces are generally small and mildly sloping and the greens were updated to MiniVerde in 2011. Land in regulation and good scores can be had. The group of 4 par threes is especially strong, with ponds affecting the shots on each hole. These four are both beautiful and challenging at the same time.
Leopard’s Course Reviews
Leopard’s Chase is destined to take its rightful place among the truly elite courses in the region. Leopard’s Chase (18-hole, par-72, 7155 yards).  Featuring dramatic elevation changes, a par 3 island green and a spectacular waterfall fronting the 18th green. This course is another one of Tim Cate’s Modern gems – as scenic as it enjoyable to play. The course mixes it all in – forced carries, generous landing areas, gorgeous landscaping, strategic bunkering, beautiful water hazards, dramatic elevation changes, and multiple tee boxes that affords golfers of all skill levels the opportunity to enjoy a top course.

Nice golf trip
Played some good courses- river edge and farmsteads and villa was spacious every thing we needed- kitchen and living room area that all The guys were able to hang out in comfortably with some good restaurants near by.

Great Value package with nice courses
We play all of the courses on Ocean ridge and stayed in near by villas about 10 mins. all the courses were in very good shape and a great test (especially Leopards). But tigers eye (the most challenging) lions paw and panthers run also in good shape.
The package was a tremendous value and as a group we unanimously agreed that all the courses were well worth playing and villa worked very well. The guys loved the hot tub.

One of the Nicer Golf Packages in Myrtle Beach
We have been coming to the Grand Stand for over 8 years and this is our first time in this area “what they consider North Myrtle” but in NC and we loved it. It definitely beats all the crowds we experienced in central myrtle beach and “especially those guys who have had too much to drink”.
This area is quaint and quiet with some great golf courses along with entertainment very close. We had some really great seafood along the water “best lobster specials”
The villa are nicer then most of the villa we have stayed – full size beds you cannot beat that. The twin bed setup really gets to you. They are large and spacious “enough room for our group”. The resort includes a restaurant, several pools and a hot tub so it definitely meets our needs.
And the golf we played farmstead about 5 mins from resort this course was the most popular one for our group. We also played pearl west, rivers edge and sandpiper all were enjoyable.
We will be back here next year….
