Commons I and II Outdoor Pool, hot tub and exercise room hours 8 am – 8 pm
We have a seasonal outdoor pool at Commons I and Commons II for your use. Â Commons II has an indoor hot tub and exercise room. Â Hours 8 am – 8 pm
Unit Dead bolt is able to be locked only from the inside using the turn knob. Secure while in the unit
Pest Control – All units are treated the last Wednesday of every month by Allied Pest Control. Â They must be granted access to all rooms for the short treatment.

The area is beautiful and golf courses are nice.
Loved the area and our accommodations along with golf. The condo was spacious and comfortable. And the courses were great we especially loved thistle.
This was our first time staying in the northern end of the Grande Strand and we loved it. The area is beautiful and it is less crowded then Myrtle Beach. We played Thistle, Sandpiper and Rivers Edge Golf Courses and we absolutely love the courses with River edge being our favorite. And the villa was great – large and roomy, fully equipped kitchen out door patio space. So glad we booked this trip.
