River Hills Country Club located in North Carolina has gotten a makeover. The course has undertaking a major greens and bunker renovation this past summer.
With the input of Tom Jackson, the course’s original architect, the course has been transformed that includes several major renovations. Here are some highlights:
- River Hills greens will be restored to their original specifications, expanding the total putting surface by 40 percent! The additional space will significantly increase the number of pinnable areas and allow traffic on the greens to move easier, leading to even better conditions.
- River Hills is installing TifEagle Bermuda grass greens.
This is all part of the ongoing commitment to ensure the best golf vacation experience, expanding on the courses recent transformative clubhouse renovation that includes a revamped pro shop, grille room and upstairs banquet facility.
