How do I access WiFi?

The front desk will give you the password at check in. If you forget it, it is also printed in your check in packet.

Where can I take trash?

Some units have trash cans located under the stairwell at each building while others have dumpsters available for our guest’s use.

What is the standard linen setup?

Each unit is equipped with 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths, 2 hand towels, and 1 bath mat per bathroom. Each kitchen has 1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth. All beds are made with fresh linens upon arrival.

Can I receive more towels/washcloths?

All villas are equipped with washers/dryers so linens can be self-laundered. All mini suites will receive daily towel replacement since they are not equipped with washers/dryers. There is a $10 charge for extra towel sets.

What is check in/check out time?

Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 11am.

Late check outs are subject to a $25 per bedroom, per hour fee up until 3pm. Any late check outs after 3pm will be charged for 1 full night.

What toiletries are provided?

Each bathroom is stocked with 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 bars of soap, 1 bottle each of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The kitchen will have 1 pack of dishwasher detergent and 1 bottle of dishwashing detergent. These items are not replenished during your stay so we do recommend bringing extra items with you. There are also several stores located in the immediate area if you need to purchase more.

Are the units pet friendly?

Pets are not allowed for short time stays.

How do I access the pools?

As a guest of Sea Trail, you will be given an ID pass at check in. Please present this at the Village Activity Center (VAC) to use the indoor and outdoor pools. The VAC is also home to a fitness room, sauna, Jacuzzi, bike rentals, arcade games, ping pong, and a general store. There is also an outdoor pool located at the Champions complex, but it is only for guests staying in the Champions unit. A key is given at check in to access this pool.

How late can I check in?

The front desk is open 24 hours a day.

What should I do if I left something in my room after departure?

Please call our housekeeping director at 910-287-1173 to arrange pick up or shipment.

Are boats/trailers/RV’s allowed in the parking areas?

Only standard size passenger vehicles are allowed in the parking areas of the units. Please ask a reservation agent for more information if you need assistance in locating an area for additional parking.

Wilmington International Airport (ILM) or Myrtle Beach Airport (MYR)

What are the dining options on property?

Magnolias Restaurant is located in the Jones/Byrd Clubhouse and Brassies Lounge is located in the Maples Clubhouse. Hours vary for both locations so please call 910-287-1119 for more information.

Are cribs available?

We do not have cribs, but a pack-n-play may be available upon request (quantities are limited).

Is there a business center on property?

There is a business center located at the resort check in. It is open 24 hours for our guest’s convenience.
