The golf course waste bunkers provide a challenge, particularly for higher-handicap amateurs; the rolling fairways that can leave downhill, uphill or side hill lies at times; the greens have quite a bit of undulation; and the course also has water hazards, greenside bunkers, greenside hollows, wetlands, tree lines and out of bounds stakes along some fairways to navigate from its five sets of tee boxes.

September is the perfect time to golf
We really enjoy this area in September it is the perfect temperature with less crowds. The courses we played were in great shape and villa was nice.

Perfect September golf 🏌️♀️ trip
The weather was great and courses were good. We played tradition, river club and litchfield all nice layouts and very scenic. The condo worked well it was spacious and comfortable with nice outdoor space. Great price too.

Good Loding and Great Golf
Stayed on Pawleys Plantation Villa and played Pawleys Plantation course – it was nice to walk right to the course. We really enjoyed Pawleys Plantation course. It has Fast true greens with excellent fairway grass make this a great place to play. The course is hard with lots of water so bring along some extra golf balls. The marsh island par three with its attached double green to a par four is unique. Also played tradition another truly fun course. We will be back next year.

Love Pawleys Island
We really enjoy south myrtle beach and this was our first time staying on Pawleys plantation with great views of the course and walking right to the course to play doesn’t get better. We also played tradition course a short drive was perfect. The area is is beautiful with top courses you really have everything.
