The golf course waste bunkers provide a challenge, particularly for higher-handicap amateurs; the rolling fairways that can leave downhill, uphill or side hill lies at times; the greens have quite a bit of undulation; and the course also has water hazards, greenside bunkers, greenside hollows, wetlands, tree lines and out of bounds stakes along some fairways to navigate from its five sets of tee boxes.

Loved the Villa located on the Course
Our villa was very nice, spacious and location was ideal. We just walked to the course and area so pretty in a landscape of old plantations so much history. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as it is a little colder then usually. Courses were amazing especially Pawleys plantation a lot of fun. Love the area so close to the beach with some great seafood restaurants along the water. It was very relaxing just what we needed.

First trip to south myrtle
We played litchfield course, Willowbrook, TPC and river club. All really nice layouts and pace of course was good. We especially liked staying in a villa right on the golf course. It was a very pretty area on the course. The pool on the property was a great area to hang out after playing golf. Also enjoyed the hot tub.

Nice Villa and Great Courses
A full kitchen (stocked with dishes, cookware, etc.) dining area and a large living room with High Definition television and a screened in porch. There is a swimming pool in the complex that is within walking distance of the unit. Shopping, restaurants, beaches all within a few minutes drive and we did all of that. Historic Georgetown is 15 minutes south and Charleston another hour beyond that. We played litchfield and Pawleys plantation and it was really nice having a course within walking distance from villa.

Golf trip provided everything we needed and more
The villas was really nice & condo was clean & spacious. The screened in porch was a bonus as we could sit outside & watch the golfers. It was very quiet at night. There was TV in both living room and bedroom. Although we didn’t use washer/dryer there was unit in foyer. The full kitchen was handy as we could fix couple meals and enjoyed cooking in some nights. The pool was very nice and relaxing.
