OUTDOOR POOL HOURS:

8AM-Dusk for Commons I and II (Seasonally)

Commons I guests may only use Commons I pool.

Commons II guests may only use Commons II pool.  A pool pass is in your unit to open the gate for you and those staying IN YOUR UNIT.  If the pool pass is lost, damaged or accidentally taken home we will charge your credit card $50.  If you lose the pass during your stay you will lose access to the pool for the remainder of your stay.  The 4 digit code to gain access to the hot tub and exercise room will be inside the envelope along with parking passes.

Unit Dead bolt is able to be locked only from the inside using the turn knob. Secure while in the unit

Pest Control –  All units in Commons I are treated the 3rd Tuesday of every month of every month by Allied Pest Control.  

Exiting out of Property:  Turning right will take you south to Calabash, North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach.  Turning left will take you north to Shallotte and Wilmington, NC

At check out please empty your refrigerator, place all trash in the dumpster, start dishwasher or wash dishes.*Late check outs after 11 AM incur a 1/2 day charge. Check outs after 2 pm incur a full day charge.

*Boats, RV’s, Campers, Motorcycles and Trailers are not permitted at Brunswick Plantation.

*Guests are responsible for any property damage and will be charged accordingly.  Please report any damages upon check in.  Property is inspected after checkout to ensure property is left in good order.  Charges to a guest credit card may include, but not limited to, damages above normal wear and tear, excessive cleanup, smoking or vaping in unit. Should any of these occur your Credit Card on file will be charged.  A $250 fee will be charged to the card on file if any smoke, smoke smell or vaping is detected.

*The Commons at Brunswick Plantation will not be responsible for accidents or injury of any kind to guest for: loss of money, jewelry, valuables of any kind or any sustained injuries.
*No grills or fryers of any kind are permitted in/at units/buildings/parking lots or balconies. Charcoal grills are provided for your use behind the pool at Commons I.
