Resort Information:
Located in a quiet community, guests will have access to a single car garage where you could park a golf cart or an automobile that requires charging. This condo will also accept a small dog with a non-refundable $400.00 pet fee. Resort is just 5 minutes from the beach and has plenty of space for family and friends. Great for golfers, families and getaways. Located just west of Highway 17, the community pool is near the unit and guests have access to Litchfield By the Sea and the amenities it has to offer with the exception of the Splash Park.

PROPERTY REGULATIONS
- We are a NON SMOKING facility and additional charges may incur if this policy is violated.
- House parties are strictly forbidden and we reserve the right to escort anyone off property that violates this policy without compensation. Please note that grills are not permitted.
- Due to HOA restrictions and policies, campers, motorcycles, trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not permitted at the resort properties. Alternative parking arrangements are available.
- Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Keys cannot and will not be released prior to 3PM.
- Late Arrival: If you will be arriving after 5:00 pm, your key packet will be placed in our bright blue after hours box. For late arrivals, the key box is located on the porch of our office to the left of the front door – no code is needed.  Your key packet as well as any further instructions will be inside with Guest name on envelope.
- Check Out:Â We are sorry you must leave at all; however, we must insist on a 10 AM check-out time. Prior to departure, please complete the following tasks:
